Kong Frozen Dog Treat
Recipe

Putting some peanut butter in the
Kong toy is good, but if you REALLY want to make them happy,
try this frozen doggie ice cream
recipe. You can either freeze it in small servings, or fill the Kong
and put it in the freezer...they
love it!

Doggie Ice Cream
32 oz. Low-fat Yogurt (vanilla)
1 mashed banana
2 Tablespoons smooth peanut butter
2 Tablespoons Honey
Mix the mashed banana with the peanut butter and honey, and then blend in the
yogurt.
Pour into ½ or 1-cup disposable
bowls and freeze, or pour into Kong toy and place upright in freezer.
They love this, especially on a hot
day!
Cheesy
Kong Treat
Take a slice of
American cheese, roll it up and stuff it into your Kong toy. Microwave
for 20-30 seconds, or until the cheese has just melted. Roll the
Kong around on the kitchen counter to distribute the melted cheese
inside, then let cool off - or put it into the freezer to cool off. The cheese
melts into the Kong’s grooves, keeping your dog entertained for hours!
